Class 1: The children have been drawing pictures in the style of Paul Klee this week.
Class 2: In computing, the children have been creating their own PowerPoint based on settlements in the UK. They had to research the topic as well as create the slides.
Class 3: In Outdoor Learning the class have started to make maracas using mod rock around a balloon.
Class 4: In their computing lesson the children were looking at different ways to send messages and communicate. In pairs, using the visual signalling of semaphore , the children worked to send short messages to each other.
Class 5: Class 5 really enjoyed their drama lesson with Evie Rushton, who returned to our school this week for work experience.
Class 6: In PE, class 6 have been doing yoga. They did a 20 minute flow, which focused on balance, flexibility and strength.
Class 7: The children enjoyed their cricket lesson this week. They worked on throwing and catching accuracy as well as match situations.
Class 8: For ‘World Thinking Day’ the children talked about the landscape of a ’thriving future’ and drew pictures of how they would like the world to be - a place where we all want to live.
Unfortunately not the ones with chocolate chips.
