It’s amazing that today we will have every child from Y5 with us at the Wilderness. We have had to change the day groups at the last minute but all the children have been amazing. It’s been a delight to watch them looking out for each other and encouraging the group to complete the tasks.
We all had a very early start this morning with everyone up and ready by 7am. I’m sure that is not usually the case on a school day! We however have some very tired children who I know will sleep well tonight.
We’ll continue to add photographs throughout the day to give you an idea of of what your children have been up to.
Tuesday: Lots of very tired children today. They have completed another four activities and we very much enjoyed the unexpected sunshine this morning.
Dear Y5 Parents,
Welcome to our page.
On this page is an updated curriculum map that covers the Summer Term. There is also information about what PE kit or outdoor learning clothes are needed for which days.
On this page we also hope to be able to showcase some of the activities the children are getting up to, as well as providing you with useful information.
Below you will find pages where you can meet the team, access our curriculum maps which highlight what topics we are covering and any other useful information such as homework.
The Y5 team are here to help! Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have a problem or query, however small. You can come and seek us out on the playground after school, email clerical (email will be passed onto one of the Y5 Team) or ring and arrange an after school appointment with us.
On a class PE day, the children will come to school wearing their PE kit with a house coloured T-shirt.
Both classes - Wednesday.
We are excited to watch your children flourish and enjoy their time in Y5.
Best regards,
The Y5 Team
