The Diocese of Gloucester have set up The Good Shepherd Project with the aim to support schools to recognise and celebrate that they are part of the Diocese of Gloucester family. This will create a greater sense of community and belonging between schools in Gloucestershire and inspire engaging Collective Worship. This will also inspire creativity in our schools and pupils linked to the Diocese's LIFE vision and to reach out to the wider community.
Pupils of St Marks have named Wooliam Sheepspear and he is one of 9 sheep travelling around the Diocese of Gloucester at the moment! Each sheep will visit approximately 14 schools and spend 6-10 days in each one.
