Last week year 4 went off to the Forest Of Dean for their annual wilderness experience.
Our pupils had the fantastic opportunity the stay away for 2 nights/3days at an organised centre specialising in outdoor activities.
These activities included crate stacking, where the children were suspended in harnesses climbing the crate like structures! Bush craft, including fire pit making, archery and orienteering to name a few.
The children and staff had an amazing time and fun was had by all.
"My favourite was the crate stacking" said Charlie who managed a whopping 13 crate high structure!
" The best thing I did was making the little fires then toasting marshmallows on them!" Maddy
" We did indoor climbing, played Anglo Saxon games and did a bit of Anglo Saxon fighting, but I loved the crate stacking, it was scary but fun!" Cerys
Parents are welcome to come and see the displays of the photos taken from the trip in Miss Richells classroom upon appointment.
