Class 5 took part in Move More’s Sports Hall Athletics event this week. The activities were designed to challenge the pupils in a range of indoor athletic events. We had such an amazing morning and the children represented St Mark’s brilliantly.
On Wednesday some of the children competed in a New age kurling event, also organised by Move More. New Age Kurling is a form of the original curling game, but adapted so that it can be played indoors on any smooth, flat surface, such as a sports hall, rather than on ice.
The children really enjoyed the morning and came 3rd out of 12 teams!! A huge well done to all the children who took part.
Unfortunately not the ones with chocolate chips.
