Funding has been provided by the housing developers at Cold Pool Lane to update the school travel plans at St. Mark’s Junior School as part of their commitment to reduce traffic and encourage sustainable travel. The developers have asked Gloucestershire County Council to commission the work on their behalf.
One of the main objectives of the School Travel Plan is to produce an Action Plan that identifies how we can improve accessibility by sustainable travel modes, safety and wellbeing of the pupils, parents, staff and visitors.
In order to produce the new School Travel Plan we need to carry a few surveys to find out more about how we all travel to and from school. We would be grateful if you could spend five minutes to complete a short travel questionnaire form available at https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/Stmarksparents.
The results of these questionnaires are confidential and will only be used for the purpose of School Travel Plan. Please let the school office know if you have any problems with accessing the links.
The surveys are now open! You have until Sunday 3rd December to give us your feedback.
Thank you for your co-operation.
