Orienteering - Silver Medallists!
What a fabulous afternoon of map reading, compass skills and teamwork!
The children’s orienteering skills were put to the test on Monday of this week, as 10 Year 6s took part in this super event along with teams from 9 other schools in Gloucestershire.
I was incredibly impressed by their tenacity and commitment to each of the 6 activities run by North Gloucestershire’s Orienteering Club.
Their skills and sportsmanship values were noted by every single group leader, and as a result they came away with these very well deserved silver medals!
