On Tuesday 17th April, St Mark's played in the final for the Plate Cup after winning all their rounds over the previous weeks. After a tight first half ending in 0-0, St, Mark's continue to work well as a team defending heroically and making good use of the space. Three great goals were scored in the second half through some tenuous team work and finished off by Will and Lucas. Billy, the captain said,
"It's our final match at St. Mark's as we will be moving on the secondary school in September. We wanted to bring back the Plate for St. Mark’s and finish the season on a real high. We're really grateful for all the hard work from our coaches, VJ and Stokesey."
